Assembly Hall

The Assembly Hall, an old corn crib, was originally built in the 1950s to store drying ears of corn and was converted into a grain elevator when flowable grain changed the industry.

Silos

Tank Town is home to 22 grain silos and four larger 64-foot silos, aka the Tanks.

Are you a visionary?

The silos are historic structures zoned for office, retail, and residential use.

Ready to be built out with multiple floors, each silo provides ample opportunity to launch your business, open a studio, or create a living space.

If you can dream it, we can build it.
